On the first Sunday of Advent, November 30, we will celebrate our fourth kitchen party at the Kesselhaus – a special day that is very close to my heart. It is my wish to spend this day together
with wonderful chefs and winemakers and to enjoy it with you.
Start: 1:00 p.m. – we are very much looking forward to sharing this afternoon with you!
As every year, there will be cooking, tasting, laughter, and enjoyment at various stations. There will also be exciting wines, inspiring conversations, and that special atmosphere that makes our Kitchen Party so unique. Here is an overview, subject to change:
Chefs & Pastry Chefs
Modern, cosmopolitan cuisine with a clear signature and Asian sophistication.
Germany’s youngest Michelin-starred chef – a journey through flavors and cultures.
Creative sous chef with courage, heart, and a keen sense of taste.
Fine desserts and artisanal precision – sweet indulgence with character.
Elegant designer cakes and patisserie artistry full of passion and elegance. Trained at the
3-star restaurant “la vie” in Osnabrück, among others.
The following winemakers are represented:
Refreshing wines with character and lightness. Awarded “Winemaker of the Year” 2020
by Falstaff and FAZ.
Rieslings with depth and elegance – an expression of true passion for wine.
Authentic, finely structured wines from the heart of Burgenland.
Participation: €550 per person (part of the proceeds will be donated to the Anne Frank School
in Osnabrück) – including all delicacies, wines, and special surprises.
